We have successfully brought our Junior Running Programme into the School environment. As an extra curriculum Club we have been able to help Children get fit and healthy using Running after School.


The physical and mental health benefits of Running are well known which is why our Junior Running Programme has been so successful. Running also helps Children improve in other sports. Running off the field will help improve the Child's aerobic conditioning on the field. Running also helps develop core and back strength, both of which play an important role in activities like football, gymnastics, dance and more.

Our Coached structured sessions involve running, agility, team work and communication to bring the best out of the Children in the time we have them. We can tailor the sessions to fit into the School day, whether it be a lunch Club or after School Club.  For ages 4 years and over our fun action packed sessions get every Child involved!

Our Coaches are qualified through England Athletics and are insured and have completed a Safeguarding course provided by England Athletics. All Coaches and Volunteers are DBS checked and hold a valid DBS.
