Marathon Training has begun!
So here we go (again)!! It is that time of year where everyone who has signed up for a Spring marathon starts the PLAN! I have run an unofficial plan since Chelmsford where I have been working on cementing a 5 run week and also maintaining speed work which will be a crucial part of my marathon training this year. In 2020 I will be running the Manchester Marathon and London Marathon back to back. There is 3 weeks between each one. I will once again be documenting my journey on
