Join us on a Thursday at 5.30pm for a 45 minute session that will help develop their fitness and stamina which will take them to the top step in whatever sport the pursue!
We have limited spaces for our Elite Runners every week so book online using our awesome booking system!
FORDY RUNS Running Club is an England Athletics Affiliated Running Club. All coaches and volunteers have been DBS checked or self assessed. Our Coaches have also completed the Safeguarding Course inline with England Athletics requirements
