HALF TERM CAMP

Each day will be structured activity sessions focused on enjoying Running and developing the skills to be able to tackle short and long distances through games and challenges for all abilities. Our camps are for children aged 6 and over.
Running helps kids improve in other sports. Running off the field will help improve your child's aerobic conditioning on the field. Running also helps develop core and back strength, both of which play an important role in activities like football, gymnastics, dance and cheerleading.
We will have a lunch break each day so please provide lunchboxes. In event of torrential weather we maybe forced to change dates which we will notify via email. We will provide a safe area for belongings.
Each session will adhere to the current guidelines in relation to Social Distancing. Hands will be regularly washed. Equipment will be cleaned. Children will eat and drink in their own areas. Bubbles will be created. Distancing will be maintained where possible.
