Get started in Running with FORDY RUNS JUNIORS!
Running helps children improve in other sports. Running off the field will help improve your child's aerobic conditioning on the field. Running also helps develop core and back strength, both of which play an important role in activities like gymnastics, dance and cheerleading.
Join one of our fun packed structured group activity sessions focused on enjoying Running and developing the skills to be able to tackle short and long distances. The aim of the sessions are to encourage and develop Running skills and ability. Within the group we have different ages and abilities so the class is designed to be totally inclusive.
AGES: MINI JUNIORS 4-7 years / JUNIORS 7 years (Year 2) and over

FORDY RUNS Running Club is an England Athletics Affiliated Running Club. All coaches and volunteers have been DBS checked or self assessed. Our Coaches have also completed the Safeguarding Course inline with England Athletics requirements
