Running helps children improve in other sports. Running off the field will help improve your child's aerobic conditioning on the field. Running also helps develop core and back strength, both of which play an important role in activities like gymnastics, dance and cheerleading.


Bring one of our fun packed structured group activity sessions focused on enjoying Running to your local Community.  We are now offering Franchise opportunities for our FORDY RUNS Juniors Running Programme. We will help you with lesson plans, equipment, facilities, advertising/marketing and much more!
