FORDY RUNS RUNNING CLUB is an affiliated club with England Athletics. The full benefits on becoming an affiliated athlete can be read on the England Athletics website here.

Please note that to be part of the FORDY RUNS RUNNING COMMUNITY, it is not mandatory for runners to become affiliated or be a member of FORDY RUNS Running Club. If you wish to be a 'Member' of FORDY RUNS Running Club but not be affiliated which will mean you get access to the Club Newsletter, be able to join our Virtual Club and the opportunity to attend the Club AGM, just select 'Social' in the Membership option below. 

 

FORDY RUNS RUNNING COMMUNITY will always be open to any age, any ability of like minded runners  – regardless of whether or not you choose to become affiliated or a Member of Fordy Runs Running Club.

The annual cost to be affiliated, which is renewed on the 1st April each year, is £18 – this includes a payment of £17 to England Athletics and a £1 admin fee. The membership year is from April to April regardless of what time of year you sign up your membership will be due for renewal in April. This is not something FORDY RUNS Running Club controls but is stipulated by England Athletics.

To become an affiliated club runner with FORDY RUNS RUNNING CLUB, please complete the below form. Once we have processed your application you will receive details on how to pay.

If you are transferring from another club – please login into the England Athletics portal and request ‘club transfer’. There is a £10 fee, which is payable to England Athletics. You do not need to complete the below form. Once your club approve the transfer – you will receive an email confirming this.
