THIS PLAN ASSUMES YOU HAVE COMPLETED A FEW HALF MARATHONS AND CAN RUN A 10K IN LESS THAN 60 MINS!
MY PLANS RANGE FROM 3 RUNS A WEEK TO 5 (IMPROVER). EACH PLAN IS TAILORED TO THE BEGINNER OR IMPROVER. WITH THE BEGINNER EACH PLAN WILL START SLOW AND BUILD YOUR STAMINA WHILE THE IMPROVER PLANS TEND START FASTER AND FOCUS ON SPEED AS WELL AS STAMINA. ALL THE PLANS ARE DESIGNED TO WORK ALL OUR ENERGY SYSTEMS TO HELP US GROW AND IMPROVE AS WE GO THROUGH THE PLAN AND REACH OUR END GOAL!
IT'S PRETTY MUCH IMPOSSIBLE TO BE ABLE TO FOLLOW THE PLAN WORD FOR WORD, LIFE GETS IN THE WAY AND EVENTS CROP UP. HOWEVER IT WILL SERVE AS A GUIDE THAT YOU CAN BUILD AROUND YOUR LIFE. FEEL FREE TO MOVE A FEW RUNS AROUND IF YOU NEED TO.
