Running helps children improve in other sports. Running off the field will help improve your child's aerobic conditioning on the field. Running also helps develop core and back strength, both of which play an important role in activities like gymnastics, dance and cheerleading. By signing on you agree to you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and are happy to take part in the sessions at your own risk. We require 24 hours cancellation notice. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice you will be charged for the session. We have the right to cancel the session if it is unsafe to proceed. We will not refund but roll over anyone booked on to the next available session. Anyone with a pass who takes part also agrees to these conditions.
If you can’t make your session please let your Run Leader know. Please wear appropriate clothing for the time of the year eg. wear a light in winter. Any medical conditions your Run Leader needs to be aware of please let them know at the start of the session. If you are attending a coached session please give 24 hours notice of non attendance.
