By taking out this plan you agree you have read the following:
The 16 weeks of training must commence within 4 weeks of this gift purchase. By taking out this plan you and the runner agree the steps set out in the first virtual consultation which will give details on level of contact. You agree not to share the plan with anyone. The mobile number given for your coach is private so please do not share with anyone.
In the event of injury or another reason that stops you from training you must contact us. We will not refund the full amount and if half of the plan has been completed then no partial refund will be offered. There is a minimum fee of £100 which will be retained to cover the cost of the training plan and other time spent if cancellation is sort and no matter how many weeks/days into the plan you are. The amount of partial refund will be determined by where you are in the plan in terms of weeks.
Coaching is very much a two way relationship so you will need be proactive as discussed in your virtual consultation. Please make it clear during this discussion your expectation in terms of communication.
