We will go through everything and establish a plan to help you with whatever it is that you want a solution for.  This is a physical session and you will have a tailored plan after it.

If you want some help on race day, you can bring your coach with you. The opportunity to have your coach before during and after can be a game changer on race day. There may also be the opportunity for some pacing.
