Service Description

Let's have a chat about your running! This quick and easy Virtual session is aimed at troubleshooting any issues you are having or is there to discuss ideas/plans/strategy or anything running related! This session does not include a tailored training plan.

Cancellation Policy

If you can’t make your session please let your Run Leader know. Please wear appropriate clothing for the time of the year eg. wear a light in winter. Any medical conditions your Run Leader needs to be aware of please let them know at the start of the session. If you are attending a coached session please give 24 hours notice of non attendance.
