Round off an inspiring day at the National Running Show with our Official Post Show Run! Starting at 5:30pm outside Halls 17 & 18, this relaxed, social run is the perfect way to stretch your legs and shake out after a full day of exploring the show.
Open to all abilities, it’s not about speed or distance – it’s about community, connection, and celebrating the love of running together. Whether you’re a seasoned marathoner, a casual jogger, or just fancy a friendly trot, this is your chance to join fellow runners for some fresh air and fun.
