All of our plans are written by a qualified running coach and include the key sessions needed to help you complete the distance with confidence. Alongside the running, we’ve also included weekly strength work to support your training and reduce injury risk. Whether you’re taking on your first marathon with our beginner plan, building on previous experience with the improver plan, targeting a milestone with the sub-4 hour plan, or aiming for a specific performance with our advanced plan, there’s a structured option to suit your goal.
