About the Event
Join FORDY RUNS Running Club, Brooks and Start Fitness for our GREAT NORTH RUN Shakeout! We will be recording a live LONG RUN SHOW podcast straight after the run so make sure you join us for that as well!
Timings and route are the same as last year JUST BIGGER! Here's the details:
12:00 PM - Arrival, Bag Drop & Brooks Shoe Collection (booked seperatley)
12:30 PM - Group Picture & Safety Briefing
12:40 PM - Shakeout Run begins
1.20 PM - Refreshments & Goody bag collection
1.30 PM - Live Long Run Show Podcast (limited tickets)
2.00 PM - Finish and head to Start Fitness for some shopping!
