If there is a production fault on your item please email us cf@fordyruns.com and we will notify you how to proceed, we have the right not offer a refund or exchange on this basis as well. Please allow 7-10 working days for production and delivery. Our products are made to order. We aim to produce and post your products as quick as we can but there maybe times due to supplier delays that your item may take slightly longer than you expect. We have the right not to refund a missing item(s) but we will try and help resolve any delivery issues. We will not be held responsible if you enter the incorrect address and the item is shipped to that incorrect address and the item is lost.
